* When you purchase a pre-built script from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software strictly for the target domain name configured during your order.
* Redistribution, reselling, sub-licensing, or unauthorized copying of Swapnotech scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
## 3. Subscription Packages (Digital Products)
* Subscription accounts (shared or personal) are subject to availability and the rules of the respective third-party platforms.
* You agree not to change the login credentials of shared accounts or share access details with unauthorized third parties. Any violation will lead to immediate cancellation of your service without a refund.
## 4. Custom IT Projects & Service Delivery
* Development schedules and handover dates provided for custom projects are estimates. Deliveries depend on clear project scopes and client cooperation.
* Support terms for custom developments are defined inside individual project contracts.
## 5. Payments, Verification, and Refunds
* We support manual payment gateways (e.g., bKash, Nagad). All manual transactions require a transaction ID and a valid payment screenshot.
* Orders are manually reviewed and activated only after payment confirmation.
* Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our scripts, activated subscriptions, and software, **all sales are final and non-refundable** once delivery has occurred or the subscription has been activated.
## 6. Limitation of Liability
Swapnotech is not responsible for hosting issues, server downtime, or external third-party API changes that may affect the functionality of delivered scripts or active subscriptions after handover.
